Ferienpark Brandnertal

The Ferienpark Brandnertal is situated on the Tschengla plateau in Bürserberg (Brandnertal) in the Vorarlberg region in western Austria. The development is located right beside the ski slope and ski lift (ski in, ski out!). The project has been designed in the traditional Austrian style.

This exclusive holiday project has a main building where the reception is located, a mini-market, kindergarten, restaurant, seminar room, and an indoor pool with a spa (sauna, steam room, whirlpool). It goes without saying that a large underground car park is also available.

The 91 apartments, which are spread over eleven traditional chalets and the main building, range in size from 47m² to 117m² (603ft² to 1259ft²) and have one, two or three bedrooms.
The apartments are of high quality and are very well designed. They are completely furnished in a very luxurious manner and have a large balcony or terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

You may use your apartment for three weeks per year and are free to choose which time period you would like. During the rest of the year, Landal GreenParks, a Dutch holiday park provider (www.landal.com), looks after the administration and rental. The company knows the market well and successfully rents out your apartment both in the summer and winter, thus providing an attractive return on investment of about 6 % after tax.
