The AlpinLodges Hinterstoder – a chalet village with an impressive modern central area – are built on the Hutterer Böden at 1,400 metres above sea level, and situated in the heart of the Hinterstoder-Höss skiing area.

With the south-sloping, extensive and sweeping estate (13,000m²), the resort perfectly compliments the landscape of this sunny high-lying plateau.

The 28 apartments in the main building as well as the 6 chalets (2 single houses, 4 town houses), are designated as private residences and available for purchase as secondary residences. This means that every EU and Swiss citizen can buy these properties and utilise them freely as they wish.

The 25 holiday homes in the 13 chalets of the resort will be professionally managed by alpinlodges.com and rented to international guests.

Refinancing through rental:
If desired, every buyer of a property here can rent his/her apartment through alpinlodges.co.uk (at freely allocatable dates). Everything is arranged for you, and you can look forward to a respectable income from the rental of your apartment.

The entire infrastructure of the resort can be found in the central area – lobby, shop, swimming pool (with children’s pool and wellness area), fitness centre, ski and snowboard rental.
