AlpinPark Matrei

An exclusive tourism project is being developed in the centre of MATREI in Osttirol in the heart of the region known as Hohe Tauern National Park.

The special arrangement of the 7 buildings and the high-quality architecture typical of the region convey the ambiance of a “village in a village”. Cosy seats, a fountain and the swimming pool with a sun deck are located in the park-like gardens.
Ecological construction and the use of sustainable materials are complemented by the modern, high-quality furnishings in the apartments. The premises are free of cars thanks to the spacious underground parking garage.

The project is realized in two construction phases. First, the houses A, B, C, D, E, F with 25 apartments as well as the private park with swimming pool will be built in autumn 2011. After the selling of these 25 designated holiday homes one more building (house G) with 11 apartments will be erected.

The luxury apartments have been designated as holiday homes, meaning that any EU- and Swiss-citizen can purchase them and and make use of these properties without any restrictions.

The apartments range in size from 75 m² to 152 m² (2 – 4 bedrooms). 

Renting service
Each buyer of a holiday apartment in the AlpinPark Matrei has the option of renting out his  property through the neighbouring ****Hotel Rauter (the dates can be determined individually).
