Chalet Matin

The Chalet Matin is located in the village centre of quiet  Bürserberg (Brandnertal) at an altitude of 1000m  in the Vorarlberg region of western Austria. The project has been designed in the traditional Austrian style with saddleback roofs and shingle cladding. An idyllic spot only a 3 minutes walk to the feeder lift which takes you to the ski area of Bürserberg/Brand.

This exclusive holiday project consists of three buildings.There is a cosy typical Austrian restaurant with a sunny terrace. In the main building you find the entrance hall and the ski and shoe storage rooms. It goes without saying that there is a lift and an underground car park.

The 28 apartments, which are spread over three traditional chalets, range in size from 56m² to 147m²  and have one, two or three bedrooms.
The apartments are of high quality and are very well designed. They are completely furnished in a very luxurious manner and have a large balcony or terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

You may use your apartment for 8 weeks per year and are free to choose the periods. For the rest of the year, Landal GreenParks, a Dutch holiday park provider, looks after the administration and rental. You will find Landal GreenParks to be a competent and experienced partner. The company knows the market well and will successfully rent out your apartment both in the summer and winter. 

Owners and guests may use all the infrastructure of nearby Ferienpark Brandnertal - indoor swimming pool with spa, seminar room, mini-market, kindergarden, restaurant, sun decks.
